Remote Services Pre-Payments
Condition of service
Remote assistance after 2hrs is subject to condition, normally if a fix cannot be remedied after 2hrs, then an on site visit may be required. Alternatively if this is not possible then an agreement may be established at the given rate of $35/hr or a capped amount depending on the level of difficulty reflected by the ever changing state of technology. this will be payable by invoice.
New clients will be required to make an initial deposit of $40.00( includes GST)
